Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to our operations leadership team.Job Duties
- Perform general administrative functions such as answering phones, typing, copying, faxing, filing, shipping and other duties. (Essential)
- Prepares various contracts, letters and notices (Essential)
- Reviews and approves supply orders from the community team members (Essential)
- Transcribes a wide range of general, confidential and complex letters, memos and inspection reports into a written format (Essential)
- Reviews various communications prepared by community team members to ensure accuracy and appropriateness
- Assists with organizing and maintaining the general office area to ensure an efficient working environment
- Maintains accurate, neat files for each community, creating new electronic file folders as needed; files all written correspondence
- Assists with administering multiple Sharepoint sites, adding and removing information
- Performs general administrative functions such as answering phones, typing, copying, faxing, filing, and other duties as assigned
- Prepares, prints, or exports various spreadsheets, and multiple reports as requested
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- 2 years in experience supporting mid to upper management leaders (Required)
- 2 years in administrative experience (Required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, organization and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work well with others inside as well as outside the company
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency, with the ability to use the Microsoft Office Suite, email, the internet, and provide data entry in a timely and efficient manner
- Must have a valid driver's license
