This role is vital in ensuring information flow between office, field, vendors, and general contractors.
- Support the team that may consist of Senior Project Manager's, Project Managers, APM's and Project Engineers including information flow between office, field, vendors and general contractors.<\/li>
- Coordination of job start and job close<\/li>
- Contract routing<\/li>
- Data entry for weekly field employee hours, processing of material to purchasing agent<\/li>
- Work with personnel to assist in data entry for job tasks<\/li>
- Maintain and update job files, controlled forms\/logs<\/li>
- Order drawings for field\/office personnel<\/li>

By partnering with the Project Manager, the APM will learn the processes and witness the critical thinking required for approaching our projects from a strategic lens. The APM will gain a deep understanding of CEI's scope of work on a project. Additionally, they contribute to, review, and track project activities including change orders, submittals, tracking logs, and related project documents.
- Lead team meetings and provide guidance to Project Engineers and Project Coordinators in partnership with the Project Manager, Production Manager, field team and Trade Partners.<\/li>
- Identifies cost and schedule impacts associated with RFIs, submittals, and design changes and provides timely notification.<\/li>
- Prices change orders consistently and in a timely manner for project manager review and approval.<\/li>
- Develops and manages close out documents as the Project progresses.<\/li>
- Coordinate commissioning activities w\/ 3rd party. Tracks and follows up on open items.<\/li>
- Maintain strong working partnerships with vendors and subcontractors. Coordinates accurate material releases on time and consistent with project documents. Track material releases, changes and coordinate delivery with construction schedule.<\/li><\/ul>Knowledge: <\/b>Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues. <\/b>Job Complexity: <\/b>Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. - Prior experience working on semi-remote jobsites, supervising others. Renewables\/Large Electrical\/Data Center build experience highly desired.<\/li>

- Prior experience in electrical estimating and the ability to accurately estimate change order pricing.<\/li>
