Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Hybrid

Location: Odessa, Texas
Job Type: Full-Time
Setting: ABA Clinic
Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing ABA clinic in Odessa, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a pediatric population in a collaborative and supportive environment while maintaining a hybrid work schedule.
The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising clinical staff, and collaborating with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children with developmental disabilities.
  • Perform intake assessments and participate in ongoing patient evaluations.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) using ABA principles.
  • Provide direct behavioral therapy services as needed.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans.
  • Supervise, mentor, and train behavior technicians and other clinical staff.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
  • Adhere to ethical and professional standards within behavioral health and ABA practice.
  • Stay current with advancements in ABA and behavioral health services.
Schedule:
  • Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • No weekends
  • No on-call responsibilities
  • No night shifts
Patient Population:
  • ABA Clinic setting
  • Approximately 15 patients per day
  • Pediatric population ages 2-10 years
Qualifications:
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Active Texas BCBA licensure required.
  • Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) preferred.
  • Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA methodologies, behavioral assessments, and treatment planning.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams.
