Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children with developmental disabilities.
- Perform intake assessments and participate in ongoing patient evaluations.
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) using ABA principles.
- Provide direct behavioral therapy services as needed.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans.
- Supervise, mentor, and train behavior technicians and other clinical staff.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards within behavioral health and ABA practice.
- Stay current with advancements in ABA and behavioral health services.
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- No weekends
- No on-call responsibilities
- No night shifts
- ABA Clinic setting
- Approximately 15 patients per day
- Pediatric population ages 2-10 years
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Active Texas BCBA licensure required.
- Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) preferred.
- Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ABA methodologies, behavioral assessments, and treatment planning.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams.
