Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Scottsdale, Arizona (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-Time (Salary)
About the Role:
We are seeking independent, certified BCBAs to join our growing team in the Phoenix metro area. This is an in-person role supporting a rapidly expanding organization with plans to scale across multiple states.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a caseload of approximately 8-10 clients
- Deliver and supervise Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services
- Ensure 25 billable hours per week
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and support RBTs and other clinical staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with payer requirements
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Active BCBA certification
- Must be independent and fully certified (no supervision candidates at this time)
- Ability to work on-site (no remote option)
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
