Position: HRIS (UKG) Support Analyst

Location: 100% Remote in the US

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1st Shift, EST Hours

Duration: 12-18 Month W2 Contract, potential for FTE

Pay Rate Range: W2 $35-40/hr, paid for hours worked

Industry: Banking


Summary:

This Analyst will be part of our HR team that supports UKG. Primarily responsible for providing support including system administration and security. This is a visible role with direct contact with HR partners across the Bank.


Core Responsibilities:

- Reporting

  • Produces reports based on data analysis, user input, and system testing.
  • Assists in the identification of potential issues or areas of improvement.

- System Support

  • Provides daily technical support for UKG by responding to inquiries and ensuring processes run smoothly.
  • Assists in implementing recommended modifications and enhancements.
  • Leverage HR security policy and procedures to maintain appropriate access.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience supporting HR systems
  • 2+ years working with UKG specifically (not just Kronos time keeping)
  • Experience creating reports from the HRIS
  • Experience assisting with modifications of the HRIS
  • Keen attention to detail due to secure nature of content
  • This is not a functional HR role nor a HRIS developer role
